The Pergola and Inner deck

Whilst the original design had a pergola and an inner deck, as plans progressed, things changed. The pergola has now also become the green room- the heart of the design- in which VASS residents and their families can enjoy being out of doors all year long. Other design modifications now include the removal of the decking. Why? Decking creates different levels and if you are using a wheelchair, this can be a bit tricky. Ledges are easy to fall off. I may have only had to call the fire brigade once to get me back on the path- once was enough!
