In a project like this, with many stakeholders, it’s important that we get together and work out how we work together to bring this project to fruition. With the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing owning the site, Yooralla managing the facility, the Global Gardens of Peace providing the design, inspiration, and project management, Deborah our artist and me and the residents in the middle of it all, getting a plan together is critical to ensure we are all on the same page.
To this end, our working party will meet within the next couple of weeks to determine our “modus operandi” and what needs to be done when. And how we are going to raise our funds.
