Although the Food Forest build is still a while away, we have planted some herbs to use in our cooking in the raised garden bed in our current garden. Being out in the garden, enjoying the sunshine, is good for our outlook and well being. And then there’s the satisfaction of eating our own produce.  They may just look like herbs- perpetual spinach, rosemary, oregano- but to me they represent the beginnings of creating a spectacular food forest for all of us here, our staff, family and friends. Looking forward to having a forest full of edible plants.
