Progress continues and the site is looking huge!
Central to the Food Forest is the living pergola. This creates the “Green Room”. One day, the walls and roof will be be covered in edible plants to provide a beautiful green space for everyone to sit and enjoy. Lighting and heating is yet to be installed. It will be ideal for those, like Gerard, who can’t regulate their body temperature. They will be able to enjoy being outdoors without getting too cold.
